Rondiene E. Novitz is a partner at Cruser, Mitchell & Novitz, LLP and specializes in employment discrimination, civil rights, transportation law, and general liability matters.  Before joining Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, Rondiene  was a senior trial attorney in a litigation firm in New York.  She also worked as a staff trial attorney for a law firm dedicated to representing the local union in all facets of litigation. 

Rondiene is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta, where she received a  Bachelor of Science in Political Science.  Rondiene received her Juris Doctor degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law. 

Rondiene is a frequent writer and speaker on various litigation matters especially employment related issues.  She has also tried and arbitrated cases throughout New York on a variety of civil legal issues.
