Richard “Rich”
Hamilton is a Senior Litigation Associate at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP.
Rich has spent his entire practice in litigation, beginning in New
York and later relocating to Georgia. While in New York, Rich
practiced for a small “AV” rated firm, concentrating in commercial
and tort litigation. Thereafter, Rich accepted a position with the
New York State Office of the Attorney General in its Litigation
Bureau, representing various New York State agencies in all civil
litigation matters. While at the New York State Attorney General’s
Office, Rich tried scores of cases before both judge and jury,
handling matters, including commercial litigation, construction
litigation, civil rights and employment matters. In 2000, Rich
relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and immediately accepted a position in
one of the oldest established insurance defense firm in Atlanta.
There, Rich concentrated in property and casualty, catastrophic
loss, trucking liability, products liability, premises liability,
long-term and short-term disability, and ERISA matters. |
