Paige Flowers Laine is a senior litigation associate at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP. She received her undergraduate degree at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia and her Juris Doctorate at Emory University. Prior to joining the State Bar of Georgia, Paige worked in politics on local and statewide campaigns as well as with the Georgia House of Representatives. Paige began her legal career assisting low-income families with civil legal problems through the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Since 1998, Paige’s practice has focused exclusively on defending tort claims for individuals, small and large businesses, and insurers. Paige also has experience in worker’s compensation law, commercial real estate law, employment law, and mergers & acquisitions. Paige has served as a guest instructor at Emory’s NITA Trial Techniques student program as well as the Orientation on Professionalism for first year law students.
