Nickolas P.
T. Chilivis (“Nick”) is a senior associate at Cruser & Mitchell,
LLP, who specializes in civil tort litigation. He received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his
Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George
School of Law where he was an Honor Court Justice for two
years. While in law school, Nick clerked at firms specializing
in civil litigation and served as an intern to the Honorable
Duross Fitzpatrick, who was a federal judge in Georgia’s Middle
District. After graduation Nick received extensive courtroom
experience as an Assistant District Attorney for Athens-Clarke
and Oconee Counties. Prior to joining Cruser & Mitchell, LLP,
Nick focused on complex civil litigation as well as white-collar
crime. Nick has represented individuals in a wide variety of
areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice and
professional liability. The focus of Nick’s practice at Cruser
& Mitchell, LLP is on automobile/trucking litigation and
premises liability. Nick is admitted to the State Bar of
Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District
Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
