Keith V. Tola is a Senior Litigation Associate at Cruser, Mitchell & Novitz, LLP. He specializes in employment discrimination, civil rights, and insurance defense matters. Before joining Cruser, Mitchell & Novitz, LLP Keith was an associate at a large insurance defense litigation firm in New York City.
Keith is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, where he received a Bachelor of Art in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor degree at Touro Law Center, Magna Cum Laude. While in law school he was the Chief Justice of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the law school's Moot Court Board.
In addition to the practice of law, Keith is a contract grader for the New York State Board of Law Examiners. In that capacity, he grades anwers to the essay portion of the New York State Bar Examination.
