Kendrick K. McWilliams is a senior litigator with Cruser & Mitchell, LLP. He specializes in civil tort litigation, and has represented clients on a variety of matters including auto liability, products liability, general liability, insurance coverage and construction litigation.  Kendrick has also defended self-insured corporations in disputes involving a variety of transportation litigation issues.  Prior to law school, Kendrick was a Senior Underwriter for the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the Medical Malpractice Division.

Kendrick received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. While attending St. John's, Kendrick had the pleasure of playing safety for the "All-Time Winningest Football Program in NCAA Division III History" under Coach John Gagliardi. Kendrick received his Juris Doctorate at Mercer University where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and served as a Lawson Competition Editor.  Kendrick was also a Gibbons National Criminal Procedure finalist during the national moot court competition held at Seton Hall Law School, in addition to receiving a Best Brief Award in the Black Law School Student Association’s Frederick Douglass National Moot Court Competition.

Kendrick is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
