Cal Harris is an accomplished trial attorney who has successfully litigated hundreds of legal matters in Georgia. He has tried to verdict over 20 jury trials and numerous bench trials.  Mr. Harris has extensive experience in every stage of litigation, including dispositive motions, depositions and discovery procedures.  He also handled appeals in federal and state appellate courts.  Cal also has extensive international experience coordinating litigation and handling claims in dozens of countries.
 

Cal’s cases have involved a wide range of products and issues, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, medical negligence, professional negligence, real estate and construction projects, vicarious liability, food products, furniture, premises liability, insurance and sexual harassment. He also has substantial experience in setting-up and managing international litigation coordination programs,  providing legal advice aimed at minimizing corporate and personal liability risks, navigating regulatory changes, responding to regulatory investigations and otherwise reducing liability risks.
