Gary E. Dvoskin is a Senior Litigation Attorney in Cruser, Mitchell & Novitz's New York Office.  He specializes in civil tort litigation.  Gary has spent most of the last ten years specializing in the representation of construction companies in various labor law and personal injury matters.  Gary also has extensive experience in handling diverse matters involving premises liability and automobile accidents.  Gary  has concentrated his practice on defending clients from labor law,  negligence, general liability, premises liability, municipal liability, breach of contract claims and insurance coverage issues. 

Gary received his Juris Doctor degree at Hofstra Law School in 1993.  He has tried and arbitrated cases throughout New York on a variety of legal issues.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
