Dan is the managing partner in the Orlando office of Cruser & Mitchell, LLP. His practice focuses in the areas of products liability, construction and property damage and personal injury defense.

During his career Mr. Liebowitz has represented many types of product clients in federal and state courts including manufacturers of automobiles, sanitation vehicles, tires, personal watercraft, boat components, construction equipment, tankless water heaters, ladders, personal hygiene products, ATVs, lawn tractors and other outdoor power equipment and components used in methanol systems. He has also represented matters involving fires, fuel-fed fires and explosions which have resulted in catastrophic injuries or death.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Liebowitz worked for the Dade County Public Defender. He was a Certified Legal Intern.
