Mr. Costa concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, secured lending, leasing, and securities, handling compliance and other matters for public companies as well as counseling clients conducting and otherwise participating in private offerings. He also engages in extensive counseling of clients in general contract and other business law matters in the areas of joint ventures, supply contracts, management contracts, purchase orders, franchise document drafting and reviewing, licensing and others.
Mr. Costa's personal experience as an investor and operator of several businesses while principal and general counsel of an investment firm which made strategic and opportunistic investments makes him uniquely sensitive to the needs of upper management for timely advice that offers direct solutions to complex legal issues.
