Craig P. Terrett is a partner at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, who specializes in civil tort litigation.  He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University.  Craig has represented individuals in a wide variety of areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and labor.  He has also defended self-insured corporations in disputes involving railroad/trucking accidents.  The focus of Craig’s practice at Cruser & Mitchell is on automotive/trucking litigation and premises liability.  Craig is admitted to the state bars of both Georgia and Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
