Brian Jeffrey Feldman is a senior associate at Cruser, Mitchell & Costa. in the business services group, where he specializes in the planning, drafting, and negotiating of documents necessary to business entity formation, establishment and operations, including in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.


Mr. Feldman has been a Certified Player Agent in the National Hockey League Players’ Association since 1996 and has provided clients with contract negotiations and career guidance to more than 100 professional and amateur athletes, on and off the ice. 


Prior to joining Cruser, Mitchell & Costa, Brian was the founder and owner of DeveloPath, PC., a law firm specializing in business establishment services and facilitation of domestic and international purchase transactions.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he also played varsity baseball for the Michigan Wolverines and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Sports Management Department of Kinesiology.  Brian received his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, as well as a Masters in Sports Administration with a concentration in Professional Sports.
