Cruser & Mitchell, LLP was founded in 2000 by Robb Cruser and Bill Mitchell. Robb and Bill had a determined vision for providing efficient legal services of the highest quality and minimizing their clients’ legal exposures and expenses. Forgoing the over-staffing of legal matters, the firm believes in efficiency by assigning legal tasks to talented individuals with the most appropriate level of expertise and proven trial records. Robb and Bill take advantage of the latest technology and experienced staff. They understand that this approach results in early resolution of cases and lower fees for their clients without compromising quality.

Over the past decade, the firm has grown from a one-state, one-office based law firm into a multi-state practice with 6 offices in six different states. Robb and Bill, along with their partners, continuously evaluate the firm’s model and approach to ensure that client’s expectations are understood and consistently met.
